TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER
Please add the correct products you want from our website to your basket.
Please ensure you have selected the correct size before adding these items to your basket.
Once you are happy you’ve added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout.
Please provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately.
Review your order before you complete the purchase
Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by TOTALLY SISTERS. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
- If Products are shown on the Website but are not available;
- If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
- If shipping restrictions apply to a Product;
- If Products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;
- Suspected fraudulent activities
Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.
QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Totally Sisters is not liable for these variations and deviations.
Totally Sisters draws your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. Totally Sisters is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
PRICE AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed are in Great British Pound. All prices quoted at the payment stage in Paypal usually adjust to your local currency, depending on your geographical location. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency and price displayed should adjust to USD.
The stated prices do not include VAT (20% Value Added Tax). Totally Sisters reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the TOTALLY SASSY website are dispatched from KENT, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day when the order is placed by 2pm, London GMT. However, due to fluctuation in order volumes this is not always possible.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are entirely out of our control.
TOTALLY SISTERS cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
All orders are tracked and shipped from our warehouse in KENT UK.
*Delivery is excluded on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Both Royal Mail and DHL will confirm dispatch of your items via email closer to the time of delivery – please make sure you provide us with the correct and most current email address.
Tracking numbers aren’t always provided due to the service type used. Therefore you can expect delivery within the estimated time frames above.
If we are unable to provide you with the tracking number, please allow the maximum estimated delivery time to pass before further contact.
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot provide additional advice about the cost of these charges. Please refer to the Customs and Excise regulations for your country or territory.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TOTALLY SISTERS for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email to email@example.com within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for returning the order. If you receive a damaged item please contact customer services immediately. Do not return your item without making us aware of the issue.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The customer must cover all returns costs unless otherwise instructed by a member of our support team.
You as the customer, are liable for your parcel until the moment it reaches TOTALLY SISTERS. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery to avoid any issues with your return reaching us.
Refunds are issued against the original payment method used on your order and will usually reach you within 3-5 working days of TOTALLY SISTERS processing and confirming your return. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process and confirm.
Exchanged items will be despatched on our standard delivery service free of charge within 7 working days of your return being processed. If there is an issue with your return, you will be contacted by email.
Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit. If a product you are requesting is out of stock, you will be issued store credit for that product.
You MUST take reasonable care of the item(s) purchased
We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been washed
ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted
ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund
ANY items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc) will not be accepted
TOTALLY SISTERS LTD has the right to refuse a return should it not follow our returns guidelines.
If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org You will be asked to send photos of the fault, this is to simply speed up the process of rectifying the issue you’re having. The cost to return the item, if deemed faulty, will be covered by TOTALLY SISTERS.
Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of your original purchase date unless otherwise instructed by our support team.
Any TOTALLY SISTERS products purchased from an exhibition are eligible for store credit with the provision of a digital receipt. We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or damaged, please contact us directly and we will guide you through our exchange process. Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days of us receiving them. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase on non-sale items, please contact us directly and we will guide you through our refund procedure. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of us receiving them. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account. Sale items can only be exchanged if stock is available, or refunded as store credit online.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on TOTALLY SASSY products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of TOTALLY SISTERS. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.
